Renowned cinematographer Mandy Walker first stepped into the world of image making when her father built her a dark room in the old shed behind her childhood home in Australia. Since then, Walker’s illustrious career has seen her shoot such films as Baz Luhrmann’s ‘Australia,’ and Oscar-nominated ‘Hidden Figures’. She is currently shooting Niki Caro’s live-action ‘Mulan’ for Disney. Her eye for captivating imagery has taken her all around the world but a large selection of her stills come from the place it all began, Australia. In this show are landscapes that have fascinated visitors for generations, captured by one of Australia’s daughters – who also happens to be a groundbreaking female cinematographer. Mandy is a member of the ASC and an inductee in the hal of fame of the Australian Cinematographers Society.
