MAIN STREET is the culmination of 11 years of travels along Route 66 – the 2,400-mile stretch between Chicago and Santa Monica, called the “mother road” in John Steinbeck’s “The Grapes of Wrath”. Keating ventured westward and back, insightfully documenting life along 66 and lives of Americans that have clung to it.
