Q&A:

When did you start using Leica?
I started using Leica around 2000

What is your favorite camera?
My favorite camera is the M1 monochrome with a 21 mm lens

What is your favorite subject matter to shoot?
I don’t really have a favorite subject to shoot. I literally enjoy shooting everything that’s what’s so great about a Leica. It’s so small and compact yet powerful enough to get any kind of picture you want anywhere at any time. But I do enjoy shooting portraits of people.

What other Leica camera are you thinking of getting?
I think my next Leica would be the Q3

How has Leica changed your life?
It’s kind of a weird question   How can a camera change your life. But when you actually get your first Leica , you realize that it’s totally possible. When you hold a Leica it makes you wanna be better and makes you wanna get out there and shoot. You know you’ve got something special so you want to live up to its standards as well as your own. I definitely think I became a better photographer and woke up with that camera next to my bed many times thinking about what I could do with it. What are the possibilities. The biggest part about owning a Leica and how it change my life is that I’ve done such amazing things that I never thought were possible. I did my whole Drivebys book with the M10 monochromes during the lockdown for Covid. Probably one of the best things I’ve done in my whole career.
